By purchasing a wristband for this event, spectators waive Diamond Cheer & Dance and its duly authorized agents, servants, or staff of all responsibility in the event of any type of injury, illness as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, health condition or physical problem that they may already have or receive as result of attending this event and they are assuming the risk and shall hold Diamond Cheer & Dance harmless for anything that can arise from this pandemic.  We are following all CDC, State and Local, and venue protocols.
